In designing menu boards, we ask ourselves, as with all our exploits: is it beautiful? But two other areas of concern arise: is it concise? And how often need we revise it? Here again, as in a-frames, chalkboards are an option, or glossy dry-erase areas. We can affix smaller panels through a variety of means, and remove them for periodic updating of price or item. But the largest portion of the cost of the sign is reflected in the lettering time, so ask yourself again: is it concise? |
